Dear Sir,

My Client is selling his property to NRI exceed Rs. 50/- Lacs but NRI does not have PAN then what we will do for furnishing of 26QB and Tax payment.

NRI need to have PAN for this transaction. Objective to make this transaction subject to TDS is to curb the black money in real estate.

Therefore you have no option except to apply for PAN. Below you will find good information about how to apply for PAN.

The NRI must have PAN, if he does not have PAN the he must apply for the PAN. This is for restricting the Black money.
