We have purchased an imovable property for rupees four crore from four buyers. We had paid the seller the amount in 3 installments. At the time of filling the form 26QB, we had mentioned that the payment is in installment (total 3 installments) but had paid 1% TDS of his proportionate sale value (Rs, one crore) which is 1 lakh for each buyer, so four TDS fom for 4 buyers .
