Dear Friends,
My Colleague was getting 55K per month. Now, Salary of 2015Feb and 2015Mar, was paid in 2015May and 2015June as 55K each. At the time of filing of return she paid tax on full amount (i.e. 55k Per month for whole year 2014Apr - 2015Mar).
Now, suddenly the employing company deducts 10% of 55K (i.e. Rs 5500) for Both the payments (in May and June 2015) in the month of December 2015.
Now how does she get back refund as she has already paid full income tax in previous year, and tds of previous year is deducted in december.
