if salary is below 5 lakh is required to be deducted by employer. and no other income of employee for Ay 2021-22.

No TDS if the salary is below ₹5 lacs as one can avail rebate u/s 87A resulting in nil tax liability.

Yes , No TDS under salary to be Deducted be employer if Total Income of employee not exceed Rs. 5 lakh as Sec. 87A of IT Act. 1961 would be attracted .
