TDS on Salary (below exemption limit)

There is only 1 employee in the company. Considering all investment proofs and exemptions, no TDS is deductible on salary. Do we still need to file it in Form 24Q.

Quick Summary
If your company's sole employee's salary falls below the basic exemption limit after considering all investments and exemptions, no Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is applicable. However, you may still need to determine if filing Form 24Q is necessary even when no TDS is deductible. This depends on specific circumstances and regulatory requirements.

Not required
