Tds on salary

Is employer can deduct tds from salary in different amt of tds in each month or is it mandatory to deduct the same Amt of tds in each month.

No TDS amount can be different for different months

Yes... They can. No more problem if salary values are increase/decrease as per working days...

Tds amount can be different every month as the amount tds is different on different dates

Generally employer deduct fixed amount as TDS in accordance with the tax computation sheet submitted by the employee unless the employee request the employer to deduct higher amount

Yes, the same amount is not mandatory as the salary amount can be vary as per additional perquisites and benefits so tds on salary can be vary but deduction of tds is mandatory .
