TDS on Salary
If my Salary income is Rs. 50K but my other income is Rs. 10L, and I prefer giving details of other income u/s 192(2B), can employer deduct tax at the average rate, or will he not as my salary income is below Rs. 2.5L

Generally he will not oblige.

he have to deduct on entire income but he can olny deduct max 50000
but the employer should also consider the other deduction of taxes
