my net salary for the year 2016-17 is less than Rs. 250000, and my employer has not deducted TDS on my salary, will there be any problem while filling income tax return? please help me

No there will be no problem as your salary does not exceeds the basic exemption limit.
No problem
If you file a Nil Tax return it will behelpful while applying Bank Loan since they will insist.
