Sir if a proprietorship farm having turnover exceeding 2 crores is there what is the maximum slab rate on which TDS on salary is not deducted.

you have to calculate the tax liability of the employee for the year & divide it by 12 months and deduct the TDS accordingly

Yes... I agreed...

TDS deductions based on Slab rate. Not for Companies Turn over base...

T/O above 1cr then Deduct/Collect TDS/TCS based on Slab rate as per IT...
