if a company considers salary from March 16 till feb 17
as Financial year.... Tds on salary is not yet deducted... should the entire TDS be deducted from Feb salaries? or can it be deducted in 2 installments from Feb and March salary?

Its to be deducted on monthly basis, if exceeded basic exemption limit.
