Tds on salary
Dear Team,
If employer pay salary 5th of next month then what is due date of tds payment.
As Nov. salary paid by 5th Dec after tds deduction, now tds payable due on 7th dec or 7th Jan?

As salary is recognised on due or receipt basis. TDS for the month of oct to be paid on Nov7. Book entry is passed on 31 october or november 5 ????
salary payable entry make on 1st of each month.
