Suppose if a salaried employee rec 213000/- as salary (annual) so tax will be 1339/- & he will get tax rebate u/s87 full 1339/-. so the q is whether an employer is liable to deduct tds on 1339/- even if employee tax will be nil???

Please confirm whether we have to deduct TDS on Telephone charges, Data card charges, and if so what will be the rate for that??
