We are a manufacturing Automotive Company and we are paying rent for our packing material.
I want to know if there is any liability of TDS is there, if yes then kindly let me know in which head I have to deduct the TDS on what rate.

For this TDS to be duducted u/s 194 C @ 2% in case of Co/Firm or 1% in case of individual.

Are you paying rent to a warehouse company for storing your packing material? If you are paying more than 180,000/- pa then TDS u/s 194I will have to be deducted.
