Hi,
I have a rent agreement with 2 co-owners (husband and wife). I am paying a monthly rent of 64,000. Do I need to deduct TDS @ 5% as the monthly rent exceeds 50,000? I am paying 32,000 each to the two landlords.
Please advise,
