Can the Business people can escape from deducting TDS on rent by shifting the office from one place to another,  since the total rent payable to the each  landlord doesnot cross the limit?

OR

They have to deduct TDS on rent,  when the rent paid/payable exceeds the limit, without considering the no. of landlords.

tds is to be deducted if payment to one person exceeds the limit

it is not applicate on aggregate amt.- without considering the persons to whome it is paid

if invidual limit exceeds 180000/- then tds be applicable

if payment to one person exceeds the limit of Rs 180000 then tds will be deducted.

in the gase  you have mentioned- no tds

n the case you have mentioned- no tds
