Tds on remittance to uae company

Dear Experts,

Ours is a Partnership Firm, we supplied a machinery to a  Dubai company say 'X';  

For Installation (In Company 'X') we availed services from another Dubai Company say 'Y'

Now we want to Remit the funds to that Dubai Company 'Y'

Kindly Let me know whether this transaction attracts TDS? If So, What is Rate?
