TDs on purchase of immovable property (194IA)

I have purchase a property in which we have 2 buyer and 2 seller
so. how I bifurcate The Tds amount and those 4 26 from and what amount of Sale consideration (Amount credited) Should we show in this from. The property value is 90 lacs. so we divided this amount in 4 equal parts or show 90 lacs in each form..
please suggest
