TDS ON PROPERTY BUYING

A bought a property worth more than 50 lakhs. He paid 20 lakhs on his own and deducted tds on the said amount and he took loan of remaining 30 lakhs from bank. Now what will be the procedure to deduct tds on that remaining 30 lakhs as the said amount will be disbursed by the bank directly to the builder ? ( A deducted tds only on 20 lakhs at the time of paying that amount to the builder)

TDS has to be deducted in each installment 😎
But how ? 30 lakhs will be disbursed by the bank then how can A deduct tds on 30 lakhs?

ask your bank to disburse less by TDS amount to builder.
You have to pay TDS directly.

sir, as and when you pay the amount to seller deduct the tds with each installment.

dont make late deposit of tds to goverment. no need to apply for tax.
