Incase of co-owners of one property, do we need to fill up 26QB twice?
The amount which needs to filled up in Head “Total Value of Consideration (Property Value)”& “Amount Paid/ credited” will be same ? or the (Total value – TDS amount)

In case of co-owners,TDS amount has to be divided equally and paid separately in the name and PAN number of each Co-Owner.
