TDS on property 26QB

Hi in case of two buyers and one seller for immovable property. What should be the total value of consideration in the Form 26QB. Should it be the full value or share of value of each buyer.

TWO BUYER ONE SELLER

Individual share value of the property purchased.

Not likely. Sec 64 will be applied. here tds is applicable but while filing returns disclosure in the hands of the assesse who holds the asset and has a greater income.
Section 194IA applicable to each buyer seperately
