A company X (my client) running a Ocean Going Ship in Kuwait.
Makes Payment to a Non Resident Company "NR" for Salary to Crew Members..
NR Does not Charges any Exclusive Fees for Rendering this Services because X Purchaes Foods & Other Neccessary Item from NR for Ships.
Please Give your Suggestion Whether my Client is Required to Deduct TDS on the Salary Payment made to Crew Members.
No tds will applicable because you are not giving payment directly as a salary to crew members.

If the services of crew members have been reb=ndered outside India and there staus is of NR then there is no TDS liability u/s 192.
