We have purchased the paper licences for a software from vendor. I have h eard that we need to deduct the tds on the same.
Please confirm, it has been advices on the basis of order passed in the case of Mircrosoft Technologies. Can anybody explain me in detail or give me the reference of the case order.

can u tell me the circular no. or notification no. or any website from which i can get all the informations.
