Can i get clarity regarding building maintenance like it includes painting,panel replacements,wire,pipes,etc

Then tds is applicable under 194C.,if service provider is individual then at 1% other than individual then at 2%..,if the vendor has not filed his return for last 3 Assessment years then yes rate will be at higher of double applicable rates or 5% which ever is higher..
