Tds on Listing fees to BSE

All companies listed on the Exchange have to pay Annual Listing Fees by the 30th April of every financial year to the Exchange as per the Schedule of Listing Fees prescribed from time to time Manish if i am not wrong tds is not applicable on listing fees to Bombay stock exchange but still i would like to say you take a advice from expert because i am not sure.
