tds on job work

I want to know TDS on job work....my turn over in below 1 Cr n file return under sec 44ad ...please suggest me ... thank you in advance

TDS on Job Work is to be deducted according to the filing status of the deductee whether Individual or else.

44AD is presumptive income @ 8% if sales are less than Rs 2Cr or 50% for professionals, if receipts less than 50 Lacs

Yes u are required to deduct TDS, being tax audit assessee, under section 194 C.

my turnover does not come under the tax audit

Then no need to deduct ,if u r filing return as individual assessee.
