Tds on generator rent
Sir We are paying rs 15000/00 generator rent per month to generator owner. How much amount TDS should be deducted.

Since the aggregate payment during the year does not exceed Rs.1.8 lacs, no need to deduct tax at source u/s 194I. But if payments exceed the limit, then TDS @ 2% shall be applicable.
