dear experts,
gst is not applicable to export import freight but my query I receiving bill from clearing forwarding agent in bill they mentioning freight charges and some other too...
so shall I deduct TDS on freight itself or except freight
please clarify me with notification

Please read income tax circular on this which states of clearing agent give you proof of payment for expenses incurred by him then no TDS on such expenses.
