i have a bill of BHAIRAVNATH ROADLINES regarding to REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED FOR TEMPO SERVICES. the question is can i deduct TDS on the same or not ???? reply ??

Tds is not applicable on reimbursement of expenses as there is no contract to the contrary under sec 194c....
No liability of TDS deduction arises in the above case.

No liabily of TDS arises on reimbursement if seperate bill is issued for the same.
