I would like to know that if no separate Invoice is raised for Supply of plant and machinary and erection charges, Whether erection charges require deduction of TDS Under section 194C @ 2%.
KIndly clarify at earliiest.

Dear Isha,
If the break up of the Plant and labour charges is not available, you will have to deduct TDS on the total amount including the Plant and Machinery
