Dear all can u tell me if one company spent money on some expenses on which TDS should be deduct but TDS is not deducted due to same is transferring to Balance sheet as deffered assets- can u tell me is it require of deduction of TDS?

TDS provisions are applicable to both revenue and capital expenditure.
