TDS on director remuneration
if there are 3 directors and both are receiving remuneration 1500000/- P. A each one. then what about TDS applicable

yes TDS applicable..
threshold limit 30k ki hai and it's exceeded here November the case
so TDS deductible at 10%

If they don't want to take remuneration monthly.. and when ever funds are available in company then only they would like to take remuneration.then what about TDS applicable .. how i have to pay TDS to the govt

TDS is required to be deducted @ 10% on the gross amount.

In case it's salary then TDS applicable on normal rate as per sec 192
no,TDS on directors remuneration is to be calculated as per section 192.hence tds is calculated after considering exemptions limit of Rs.250000 ,other income,investments.
TDS Applicable US 192 as per the threshold limit

| Rs. 2,50,000 to Rs. 5,00,000 | 5% |
| Rs. 5,00,000 to Rs. 10,00,000 | 20% |
