Tds on digital media

Hi All,

Want to Know Tds Rate for Payment Made to Digital Media Company. I have to made a payment of around 1 lac to a digital Media company for the services of Native article, Want to know the Rate of TDS, It will be considered in 194C or 194J ?

Have searched but not able to find on the internet. It will be good if anyone can share a reference also.
