Anybody knows about the 'Delivery Order Charges' charged by Airlines?? Whether such Charges get covered under 'Air Freight Charges' and liable to Tds u/s 194C? What exactly these charges are?

Tds on 'Delivery Order' Charges ?

Delivary order is a document which enable a person to take delivary of goods from the person who is in possession of the goods. So I dont think that it would attaract TDS being an order. Now for Delivery Order Charges I didnt get the meaning of the same, just confirm whether these are werehousing charges since the delevery order can be collected from a werehouse as well.
