It is nowhere clear as to whom should we call as contractors for TDS purpose?? Since we cannot deduct TDS on contract of supply of goods..Can someone through some light as to whom should we call as contractors for TDS purposees.. The term contractor is nowhere defined in Income Tax act.... Can someone please help..
