TDS on Contract Staffing Invoice

Hi ,

I am in the process of signing up with a software company for supplying manpower on contract basis .  My concern is, how to legally avoid  the TDS diduction as it will wipe off the small margin that I will be earning from this transaction as 90% of the invoice value will be disbursed to the contract staff as salary .

Can any one help me resolve this predicament.
