We are constructing Cold storage facility in Hyderabad. On that we are expecting nearly 30lakhs rent every month from one of the Company. Can I know what will be TDS impact on rent for the above.
And also i seek your help that what are the licences required for the above.

CBDT has clarified the matter regarding deduction of tax at source in the case of a clold storage. The provisions of section 194C will apply as clarified by the CBDT in circular no.1/2008. I am herewith attaching the copy of the circular.
