TDS on Banners and others

I am purchasing banners and pamplets for advertisement so in this case if i incur more than 1 lakh bill in expenses than is TDS applicable as all the pamplets are purchased from offset printer directly all material is of the offset printer person only.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) applies when purchasing advertising materials like banners and pamphlets. If your total expenses for such items from a single vendor exceed £100,000 in a financial year, TDS under Section 194C is likely applicable. Even if you consider it a purchase of goods rather than a service contract, it's advisable to deduct TDS to be on the safe side, as the definition of 'contract' can be broad.

Yes, As per Sec 194C TDS have to deduct as limit cross amount 100000/- and Deduct the TDS on whole amount
But its not contract as i am purchasing goods for expense.
Deduct on safer side. The term contract is much larger than as understood in common parlance.
