Tds on annuity amount received from lic
Is TDS to be deducted on the amount received from the ANNUITY LIC ? I RECEIVED 14700..??

i dont think that annuity payment from lic is in nature of insurance comm. or comm. or brokerage and therefore no tds should be deducted. if you received 14700 after deduction of tds then you can do nothing but claim it in your return.
