Is TDS u/s 194J applicable on Accounting fees paid Rs. 40,000 to same person???

Yes, TDS u/s 194J applicable provided the person paying fee (being individual/HUF) is subject to IT audit.

Yes TDS is applicable as fees is greater than 30000 rupees
