Yes, TDS u/s 194J applicable provided the person paying fee (being individual/HUF) is subject to IT audit.

Nerds are not to be considered as professionals shivani. deduct only 2% for accountant
B.Com pass Accountant can be considered professional when he can pass the respective Examination
