Recently I got a notice from IT Dept. that require filing of Revised e-TDS return after correction of some particulars.
i want to apply for Time extension for the same. Is it possible? If yes, under which Section.?

dear anshuman,
you might receive a TDS notice u/s 201(1) , what you have to do just meet the commissioner of the respective ward & ask him/her for extention , on your notice he will give you the extention . the same will be ok.
