Form 26AS is not showing details of TDS dedeucted by my ex-employer ICICI for the July - Sep quarter and Oct - Dec quarter of 2012. Employer has not even issued Form 16. this is despite several reminders. What is the remedy avauilable to me?

It willl not show unless ur prev employer makes payment of ur tds deducted to cENTRAL Govt.
u should threaten him that he will be assessee in defualt if he doent make payment to CG and issues you FORM16, else u should threaten him that umay forward all details to the jurisdictional AO.

the employer is ICICI. Very unlikely that TDS would not have been deposited. It looks like some clerical error. Unfortunately they are not responding to mails.
If they have paid to cg then there may eb some other error on their part in submitting ur data like qouting wrong pan of yours etc.u neeed to follow up personally.
