TDS NOT DEPOSITED SO FAR
TDS was recovered every month from salary. The firm has not deposited any amount to the Government so far and AIS is showing Nil TDS. How in such a case Return can be filed. TDS amount is approximately 1.5 Lakhs for the whole year and the last date for filing return is nearing. Please advise solution.

Tds deducted from any person and not deposited will liable to be prosecuted.
