Tds maturity after one year

If a person has income lower than basic exemption limit and received term deposit after dedecuting tds but at the time of investment he didn't furnished pan and also at the time of maturity no pan was furnished can he claim tds after one year of maturity

If PAN is not furnished then TDS might not be claimed
If interest income is from FD in Bank and your PAN is registered in Bank/PAN link with bank account, YES you can. Check your 26AS it will be reflected in it.
If PAN is not furnished, TDS credit would not appear in 26AS and hence not possible I think.
As per section 194A TDS deduction is done.

Check the banker -PAN is furnished or not.

If not, Bank deducts TDS @ 20% -amount exceeds Rs 10000 & its refundable.

PAN is updated in the system -10% TDS get deducted and it's refundable.
