Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Rs 50 lakh TDS exemption under Section 194Q. The exemption is based on a single PAN (Permanent Account Number) for the financial year, not per state. Therefore, if multiple state billings collectively exceed Rs 50 lakh under the same PAN, the exemption can only be claimed once.

The purchase limit of Rs, 50 Lacs is PAN-based.

If all the entities are under the same PAN, then you have to check the limit of Rs. 50 Lacs aggregating all the purchases from all the states.

50lacs limit is per person per financial year
50 Lakhs exemption is from one PAN, so you claim exemption only once.
It's one pan and one gst which is registered. So 50 lakhs aggregating of turnover is from multiple states .
No sir one pan two gst no
Exemption of only 50 lakhs allowed once.
