TDS Liability on payment of Refferal Fees

Dear sir, please tell me is there any TDS liability on payment of refferal fees in mutual fund business and in stock broking business. and is TDS applicable in which section it goes.

I cannot the same but to be on safe side you may deduct TDS @ 10% u/s 194J

yes if u r paying comission then @ 10.33%

Referral fees is nothing but commission. Hence TDS u/s 194H needs to be deducted...
