27 June 2011Sir i want to ask if a non resident has a F.D. in the bank in india & bank deposit TDS under section 194 A instead section of section 195 in case the interest is more than Rs.10000. Can non resident claim that TDS under his income tax return.

NON RESIDEANT FILE THIER RETURN & GET THE TDS BENEFIT BECAUSE TDS DEPOSIOTED AGAINST HIS PAN NO UNDER SEC 194 A
