TDS is apply in which section
Dear experts i have a doubt about lease lines that means we are using leased lines for our LAN network & payment made to party for the service provided. i want to know that in which section this is liable to deduct TDS.

TDS is not applicable on lease line service.
despite i agree with mr prabir point better you deduct tds on contract or consult with your consultants
