We are deducting TDS from salary from empolyee and his slab rate is 30%. H e has not submitted his PAN. At what rate should we have to deduct TDS from his salary.

Tds on salary is not deducted on the rate basis if the deductee has pan or not. You have to deduct the amount which is actually you have to deduct from his income which is paid by you over his limit Rs.160000.
you will have to deduct the tds @ 20% even on 10% slab because he is not giving pan
