1 SHALL COMPANY ACCEPT FORM-15G/FORM-H WITHOUT PAN NO..

Yes. Co. can accept F/15G or H without PAN no. Person furnishing Form 15G or H may not have PAN but wants to furnish Form 15G or H can furnish for no deduction of tax by giving particulars regarding jurisdiction or Income Tax Ward or Circle in Form 15H/G at clause 5 "that I have not been assessed...
