TDS for Technical Services

I have to make a payment of 35000 for my broadband connection, will I have to deduct TDS as per 194J or 194C and at what rate ? bcoz For Technical services TDS is 2% as per my knowledge.

RahulJi you are right, TDS rate is 2% in 194J

If you are deducting in the capacity of Individual or HUF the applicable section will be 194M and not 194J.

Because 194j is not applicable for individuals or huf.
